For over 25 years, the Perez family, founders of Hudson Children's Academy, has been positively impacting the lives of children by creating and implementing innovative care and early childhood education programs. The journey began in 1995 with a location in West New York, NJ, and the distinctive programs developed by the Perez family quickly gained popularity, leading to expansion. At Hudson Children's Academy, children cultivate skills that foster physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Our philosophy is grounded in the principle that through play, we learn and grow.
We prioritize ongoing professional development and training for our staff. Our team is trained in accordance with the early childhood center regulations set by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE), as well as through job-embedded professional development to meet certification requirements. Each year, our staff participates in mandatory NJDOE classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and training sessions conducted by certified professionals in the education field. All staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, they undergo Praesidium Abuse and Molestation training to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional education and quality childcare for our children. Our philosophy focuses on the individual needs of each child, creating a stimulating atmosphere for learning within a secure and loving environment. We believe that a childcare facility should serve as an extension of each child's family. Our teachers and parents are encouraged to collaborate in order to provide the love and support necessary as your child reaches developmental milestones and personal achievements. We are passionate about education and committed to equipping our children with the tools they need to succeed in life.
